Meal Plans are here. Save time cooking, save time at the shops, stop throwing out food in the fridge that you never ended up cooking.
Here is how it works..
Meal plans all begin on a Tuesday morning. We want you to get the Freshest ingredients, not frozen (well maybe the smoothies but thats it!). So we serve up 3 days worth of food at a time for you to take home and start enjoying.
Then we will see you again on Friday morning with your next 3 days of food.
Place your order and we will be in contact to confirm your start date.
You can now elect to pick up your food from our Teneriffe and Rocklea store locations.
We do our best to meet your needs but please note we make the food to order and as such require a minimum of 48 hours notice to get everything together.
Day one
Breakfast:
One of our delicious chia puddings with fruit topping and granola.
Lunch:
Quinoa Salad with roasted vegetables and tossed with spinach.
Snacks
Activated Nuts – Cashews/Almonds/Pepitas/Sunflower Seeds
Organic Cold Pressed Juice or Smoothie
Dinner:
Seasonal vegetable curry on black rice.
Day Two
Breakfast:
Quinoa porridge with candied pecans and fruit made with coconut milk
Lunch:
Asian greens served with rice noodles.
Option to be served hot or cold as desired.
Snack
Activated Nuts – Cashews/Almonds/Pepitas/Sunflower Seeds
Organic Cold Pressed Juice or Smoothie
Dinner:
Zuchini pasta served with a tofu bolognese sauce garnished with fresh Italian herbs.
Day Three
Breakfast:
Buckwheat pancakes served with seasonal fruit and spiced cashew cream.

Lunch:
Nori Rolls with a side salad
Snack
Bliss Ball x 2
Organic Cold Pressed Juice or Smoothie
Dinner:
Wild rice veggie bowl served with kidney bean and seasonal vegetables.
Day Four
Breakfast:
Fruit Salad with a super foodbar
Lunch:
Two Enchiladas packed with brown beans, spinach, sweet potato and grilled vegetables drizzled with our aromatic tomato sauce.
Snack
Activated Nuts – Cashews/Almonds/Pepitas/Sunflower Seeds
Organic Cold Pressed Juice or Smoothie
Dinner:
Chili, tofu mince blend of 5 beans served on quinoa.
Day Five
Breakfast:
Quinoa porridge with candied pecans and fruit made with coconut milk
Lunch:
Mixed salad bowl with 4 falafels and a cashew tzatziki
Snack
Activated Nuts – Cashews/Almonds/Pepitas/Sunflower Seeds

Dinner:
Walnut & Spinach lasagne served with a side green salad.
Day 6
Breakfast:
